Would Sharapova date with Serena in French Open finals - and WIN?

The Roland Garros is well in its fourth round of matches. And expectations are rising from some of the top seeded players as to who would date who in the finals.

The most likely final duel of women singles final is between Women's top seed Serena Williams, the 2002 and 2013 champion and the second ranked Russian Maria Sharapova - the defending champion.

Despite her age, 33 years, Serena Williams does not show any signs of weakness and always commands her opponent - specially when it comes to Sharapova. For some unknown reasons or a magical spell, Sharapova just crumbles in front of the America and of the last 19 encounters, she has lost seventeen times.

Yet still, she wants to win over Serena and break the spell. She last won over Serena almost 11 years ago in 2004 - that was long time back and she really needs to win over Serena before Serena retires and remains unbeaten at the hands of the Russian.

Williams beat Sharapova in the Australian Open finals earning her sixth title and is looking forward for her 20th Grand Slam title at French Open.

So who would it be if it comes to a date between Sharapova and Serena in the finals? I am keeping my fingers crossed. But it is just days left before it is clear who goes to the finals.
