Blaming whom? Let's blame the Taliban and other 'foreign hands.' What else?

I remember someone advised me to get used to the new lifestyle without electricity. The problem is that when I am used to one hour, it becomes two hours and so on.

So why not shift to villages then?

We are unfit for villages as well. I saw people very comfortable where as I was uneasy during my recent stay in the village.
