I have just shot the beginning of the lunar eclipse from my home in Islamabad, Pakistan at around 1115 PM local time and am sharing it with my viewers.
I will try to keep track of the eclipse as long as possible and keep updating on it.
OK, this is my second capture of the eclipse around 1150 PM local time at Islamabad, Pakistan.
Around midnight
The high tension wire passing in front of my house came in between the shying moon and my inquisitive camera
This was it - almost complete eclipse at 1220 AM on 16th June 2011. Thereafter it was just a faintly glowing disc, but my camera batteries discharged and I could not continue shooting the shying moon.
